SUGGESTIONS:

Be sure the sealing washer is in right position and proper place and the cylinder valve is clean of dust and oil. This washer is to be changed every time a new cylinder is used to insure a proper seal. Also please follow manufacturer's procedure for connecting to the cylinder valve.
